METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY FORMING BY MEANS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The main goals of the article are to consider the main methodological approaches and to determining their role in the future teachers professional identity formation. As a result of scientific literature analysis, the following methodological and pedagogical approaches are allocated: activity, systemic, axiological, acmeological, synergetic, personality-oriented, competence-based, autonomized. The activity approach promotes the acquisition of knowledge, abilities and skills. System approach is focused on information training of students. The scientific values of the system approach are: reflecting the worldview level research, it is the universal method of cognition, technology which is opposed to the spontaneity, subjectivity and it creates the conditions for the stability of scientific research. The integrative approach is directed on professional identity formation having the presence of an integrative knowledge, abilities and skills formed. The choice of the integrative approach has been caused by the fact integrative learning is close to the developing, since it is included in almost all types of training, influencing the content of education and has a theoretical and research nature. Competence-based approach facilitates the combination of professional education and the needs of the labour market, which determines the orders for specialists-employers, that is the approach in which the results of education are perceived as meaningful outside of the education system. Acmeological approach is used for the professional identity formation, based on the basic tasks acmeology resolves: understanding the individual psychological characteristics of human development at different stages of maturity and during the "Acme" period; identifying the distinguishing features that must be developed in preschool and school ages, and adolescence, which would allow the persons to successfully express themselves at the stage of maturity; studying the certain aspects of personality psychology traditional concepts from the point of creativity and introduction them in the acmeology science; exploring the possibilities of extending acme period in a person's life. Synergistic approach considers providing the complex influence of several factors, which are interrelated and reinforce each other's action. Person-oriented approach encourages the independent search and discovering new knowledge, values, ways of creative activities. Autonomized approach allows creating the situations in which students can study independently; exercising their natural qualities; choosing their own teaching methods. It's noticed that the integrated combination of these approaches contributes to the future teachers professional identity formation by means of information technology
