SUBJECTIVE PRECONDITIONS OF THE ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL WORKERS TRAINING

Abstract
In the article are considered the features development of social workers training in the context of the impact of subjective conditions for the disclosure of resources, opportunities and means. The social workers training is characterized as an element of holistic system of higher education that is in constantly developing. An attempt was made to provide the corrective impact of preconditions on the further improvement of the training of social workers. We consider the environment of training specialists of social sphere as a social mechanism of formation of professional identity of modern youth. An important consideration is, firstly, the subjective experience of specialists to implement their capabilities or limitations in manifesing potential means the manifestation of creativity, innovations, and secondly, re-inderstood social value and charity for the subjective experience of volunteering for the choice of ways of self-determination and self-realization of future social workers. As for the "opportunities" as the characteristics of the training of social workers, the impact probability has the prerequisites to saving or changes the personality of the future worker and, at the same time, environment, which will characterize its performance. Of particular importance for the development and establishment of the training of social workers is the environmental dimension of the transformation of value orientations of an individual. It has ben proved that through their constructive influence on the development of social workers training and environmental dimension of subjective conditions reflects the focus on training establishment and functioning of an environment that provides social expression of subjectivity and personal potential future specialists. Is has been determined by the activity dimension of subjective perequisites, reflecting the value-semantic orientation training of social workers, which balances the value and values of future professionals about the social significance of the profession of "social worker". Conditions of relationships, the nature of impact of subjective conditions for social workers have been explained, transforming personality of future specialists, their activities and the environment in which it is carried out, the formation of the which is important in the context of determining the prospects of training and opportunities update. The conclusion about the direction of search, creation and implementation of resources, capabilities to optimize the environment for social workers have been made.
