FORMATION OF COMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTER SPECIALISTS IN DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION ACTIVITY: PEDAGOGICAL TOOL

The article highlights the nature and structural components of communicative competence of specialists in documentation and information activities in unison with the specifics of activity and documentation workflow support. The components of communication have been defined: business communication − a certain level of development of ability of an individual to communicate in the business world; perception − is about the importance of both understanding and perception between the partners on communication; the ability to overcome communication barriers, attitudes − they justify the position of the interlocutor in the context of professional issues; professional reflexion − ability to objectively assess own level of communicative competence, to relate oneself to the requirements of profession. The communicative competence of future specialists in documentation and information activities is a combination of certain forms and methods, algorithms of pedagogical interaction of the teacher and students and students together in the educational process of the university. The nonimitation educational forms of training we include lectures of context type. Their advantage is in professional orientation, active participation of students in the learning process, as well as the primacy of collective forms of work. An example of such lecture can be the reflexive oriented lecture in which the information provided by a teacher, is related to the student knowledge, namely the introspection and self-exploration is considered, which are based on reflexive mechanisms of personality and form the set of independent and reflexive deterministic constructs of future documentation specialists. In the process of formation of communicative competence of specialists in documentation and information activity we offer to perform certain exercises aimed at forming their social perception and reflection, forming the ability to understand the "other" developing skills of observation, focus.
