Abstract

The question of construction of the model of formation students' researching competence in mathematics by computer mathematics systems is considered in this article. The student's research competence in mathematics as a personal ability for purposeful research and training activities to obtain fundamental mathematical knowledge, the ability to use this knowledge for solving practical and theoretical problems using mathematical modeling methods by computer mathematics systems while the research, is interpreted. We selected directions of acquiring the students' research competences during mathematics lessons that consist of analysis and idealization of the task, ICT research, interpretation of the results and their summarization. The created model of research competences consists of three levels: knowledge, ability for research and experience in research activities. The harmonic combination of these components allows to get not only good knowledge in mathematics, but also to get the experience of research activities too. Components such as "knowledge" and "experience research" depend on component "ability to study" – in the model that one consists of four components: design, experimental, analytical and practical. Completing the research stages creates conditions for a qualitative understanding of the topic, the ability to interpret the results and analyze to synthesize new knowledge.
