Abstract
The article states that an integrative approach to training future professionals is defined as a set of forms and methods that characterize the process and the result of formation of professional competence. The principle focus of professional training of future specialists of Humanities in the context of an integrative approach provides safety logic and content integrity and unity of differently oriented disciplines. After analyzing the curricula it is found out that the compulsory University subjects are "Philosophy", "History of Ukraine" and "Foreign Language". It is noted that the integration of disciplines in higher education is not up to the mark. The article suggests that the disciplines be divided into three groups due to the degree of professional orientation. The article states that curriculum subjects that do not require explicit professional orientation ("Philosophy" and "History of Ukraine") are restrict to references of interdisciplinary connections. The disadvantage of existing training programs on subjects who have a clear professional orientation, including "Foreign languages for professional orientation" is that they do not provide the proper level of formation of social and personal competencies of future professionals of Humanities. The content subjects profiling in foreign languages is implemented only on the basis of interdisciplinary connection with the help of traditional methodology, that does not provide an adequate level of professional orientation. The analysis of plans and teachers' summaries confirmed that relying only on individual interdisciplinary communication does not provide a logical and didactically reasonable system of professional knowledge and skills of the modern professionals. The analysis showed that the contens of foreign and special knowledge and their relationship does not meet the basic requirements of modern didactics and vocational education So, the analysis of educational documents says that the professional orientation is considered from the point of profiling of the contents of disciplines. During the study of the implementation of professional orientation in preparing of future professionals for Humanities it is found out that profiling of the contents of disciplines of social and humanities are used on the insufficient level. On the basis of theoretical generalizations it is proposed to supplement the variable part of the training of future specialists for Humanities with the professionally-directed discipline "Country Studing with the principles of Political Science." The objectives of the optional subjects study are integrated knowledge (ideas, theories, laws, facts, complex problems) economics, law, international relations, foreign languages etc. The article suggests the ways of improving the level of professional orientation and implemention of the integrative approach; the combination of professional orientation of the compulsory and the optional components of training.
