PRACTICAL ORIENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

The article analyzes the practical orientation of professional training of future social workers. The content and structure of vocational training future social worker is determined by the higher education institution, which is developed in compliance with State educational standards of the profession. According to EQC, specialty "social work" there is the following competences: General cultural, technological, diagnostic, prognostic and organizational management. In accordance with the educational-qualifying characteristics and educational - professional program, the social worker must possess professional knowledge in social work, sociology, psychology, the law, legal aspects of social protection, the theory and methods of social work, available resources and methods of their use; communication and providing information, and to represent the interests of the person, to increase its capabilities and promote development, to create a "network of help" and to manage the process of care. The content and structure of vocational training of social worker is determined by the higher education institutions, which is developed in compliance with State educational standards of the profession. The main practices are study, volunteer (training), educational (social institutions and agencies), professional. The core competencies that should be possessed by the graduates of the specialty "social work": knowledge of the mother and foreign languages; an understanding of contemporary problems of the development of society, human existence, spiritual culture. Understanding the main stages of the state-political, socio-economic, spiritual and cultural development of Ukraine and understanding the place and role of personality in these processes; ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients; ethical culture. So, the content of professional training future experts in social sphere should include the following components: 1) analysis of modern social development and develop an ability to make an objective assessment in social policies; 2) clear the concept and classification of new models, forms and methods in social practice; 3) the pedagogical process of professional training future experts in social sphere; 4) the development of theories, concepts, models, aimed at effective interaction in future social worker; 5) development and implementation of programs that enhance professional mobility future specialist of social sphere.
