Abstract

Social and economic transformations, strengthening of humanistic tendencies in the society, necessitated a radical renewal of the education system. Now, the goals, objectives and content of education are rethought. There is a search for new technologies, methods and forms of improving the quality of education. Innovative processes in the education system make new demands on the professionalism of pedagogical personnel. Today, a professional teacher is a specialist with a high level of professional activity, able to improve and improve himself in the process of pedagogical work, contributing his individual creative contribution to the profession and stimulating in society an interest in the results of his work. Innovative transformations have exacerbated the problem of the development of the teacher's professionalism, which is the main subject of in-school management, designed to meet the challenges of modernizing education and predict the success of the pedagogical process. The professionalism of the teacher is a complex, personal education, integrating his knowledge, abilities and skills, individual personal qualities realized in pedagogical activity. The structure of the teacher's professionalism includes the following interdependent components: professional competence, personal potential, pedagogical reflection. For effective implementation of pedagogical functions, it is important for a modern teacher to be aware of the structure of pedagogical activity, its main components, pedagogical actions and professionally important skills and psychological qualities necessary for its implementation The article substantiates the essence of personal and professional development of teachers in self-oriented educational system. Discusses the main conditions for the professional development of the teacher's personality and factors influencing professional development. It were definite the lead optimization approaches in the development of the professionalism of the teacher. The process of personality development is considered in close connection with the development of professionalism in teachers.
