Abstract
The article deals with the problematics of encountering laws and principles during the future teacher pedagogical culture formation. Modern education requires a culture competent, fully developed, human oriented teacher who can think creatively and act in different teaching situations professionally. Identifying opportunities for professional training would promote understanding of laws and principles of the educational process, including the future teacher pedagogical culture formation. The purpose of the article is to justify laws and principles of future teacher pedagogical culture formation in accordance with the newest scientific approaches. There have been grounded complex patterns of pedagogical culture, reflecting the links among pedagogical culture structural elements. According to educational influences on students' spiritual needs and learning abilities is the basis of pedagogical approach, that manages participants' activity, takes into account students' internal forces in solving the problems of their socialization and training. It has been emphasized that efficiency of future teacher pedagogical culture formation depends on educative system stability that preserves the value of educational institutions social tradition and continuity in education; the ability of higher education to create a complete cultural and educational environment by integrating its educational potential to different areas.
Principles that are universal, determine practical teaching career in higher education and are directly related to the laws of pedagogical culture formation have been identified, among them: principle of professional orientation of the holistic educational process in high school, principle of individualization and differentiation, and principle of cultural determination of future teacher. Author has determined the principles of professional and pedagogical orientation of holistic educational process at the university, individualization and differentiation, cultural determination of future teacher, educational relevance, pedagogical process integrity, function, facilitation, cognitive and social principle of joint creative activity, multidimensional, multiple description, principle of appeal to pedagogical culture.
