PROBLEM OF FUTURE EDUCATORS’ PREPARING FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGES

Abstract
Introduction. At the current stage of Ukraine's development, the formation of a new system of education that is oriented towards entering the world educational space, which requires the solution of the problem of reforming the national system of higher education, increasing the intellectual and spiritual potential of society, preparing a new generation of pedagogical workers capable of realizing the state tasks. Implementation of the State Standard of Pre-school Education requires the higher education institutions to perfect the training of future educators.
Purpose. The purpose of the article foresees the grounded analysis of the problem of training the future educators towards professional self-improvement in the educational environment of the pedagogical colleges. Results. The necessity of increasing efficiency of training the future educators in preschool education is noted in the Laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Preschool Education”, “On Higher Education”, the priority directions of the National Doctrine of the Development of Education of Ukraine of the 21st Century, the Concept of Civic Education of the Person in the Development of the Ukrainian Statehood, the Comments on the Basic component of preschool education in Ukraine and other program documents. Educational environment of the municipal institution “Bakhmut Pedagogical College” provides psychological and pedagogical support for the subject-professional formation of future educators, which allows the students to be included in the subject-subject relations and developmental forms of activities that contribute to the development of professional potential of the individual, the formation of professional consciousness , social and professional intelligence, emotional and volitional sphere, positive attitude to the world and to oneself, professionally important qualities: reflection, responsibility, independence, auto competence, self-confidence, self-development, self-perfection, etc. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature allows us to consider the concept of “professional self-improvement of future workers of pre-school educational institutions” as a deliberate, conscious process of raising the level of the professional competence by the student of the pedagogical college and developing the professional qualities and opportunities that meet the social requirements for professional activity that is carried out during the implementation of self-upbringing and self-education and provides the future junior specialist with success in the profession and life. Conclusion. In the course of our study it has been found that the educational environment of the pedagogical college plays an important role in the professional development of future educators. The thorough analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature makes it possible to state that the educational environment of the pedagogical college purposefully influences on the professional and personal development of future specialists, in particular contributes to the formation of the self-improvement skills. In the course of our study it has been found that one of the effective ways of forming the skills of professional self-improvement of future educators is a system of means aimed at the personal orientation of the educational and upbringing interaction and the valuable-sense orientation of the students to professional pedagogical activity, gaining their experience of professional pedagogical self-education, self-upbringing, self-actualization, formation of readiness for self-improvement. In this regard, we have offered a special course, which contributes to intensification of the students' cognitive-creative activity, professional growth and raise of the level of professional self-improvement of future educators.
