INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL-AND-PEDAGOGICAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE INDICES OF PROFESSIONAL RELIABILITY OF A TEACHER OF PHYSICAL TRAINING

Abstract

Introduction – formation of professional reliability of a future teacher of physical education is viewed as one of the areas of professional training improvement. Purpose – definition of influence of conditions of professional and pedagogical environment on the indices of professional reliability of a teacher of physical education. Methods – classes filming, timing, lesson plans analysis, pulsemetrics, pedagogical survey, correlation analysis. Results – the author presents definitions of professional reliability of a teacher of physical education. The experiment carried out, lied in video filming of lessons in physical education with further defining of indices of reliability of a teacher of physical education. Self-devotion, efficiency, and faultlessness were defined for each teacher having a class. Self-devotion was determined on the basis of heartbeat frequency estimation. Efficiency was determined by the indices motor and general density of the lesson. Faultlessness was characterized by the degree of lesson deviation from the plan, and by content of the lesson (quantity of exercises). The obtained results were compared with indices of professional and educational environment by appropriate criteria of evaluation. Originality – Interrelation between indices of professional reliability of a teacher of physical education and conditions of professional and pedagogical environment has been studied for the first time. Conclusion – The analysis of correlation between indices of professional reliability of a teacher of physical education and conditions of professional and pedagogical environment allowed revealing a number of connections. Thus, deterioration of material and technical provision, lack of sports equipment, induce a teacher of physical education to improve his/her verbal activity. At the same time, good provision of sports equipment has significant influence on the efficiency of professional activity, namely increase of motor density of the lesson. In addition to that, provision of sports equipment has positive effect on content of the lesson. The relation of decrease in faultlessness due to stimulation of teacher's work has been determined, namely, salary of a teacher of physical education has positive influence on the decrease of lesson deviation from the plan. The relations between conditions of professional and pedagogical environment and indices of professional reliability give new possibilities for the elaboration of new methods and establishment of pedagogical system of formation of professional reliability of future teachers of physical education in the process of professional training.
