EXTRACURRICULAR WORK WITH NATURAL SCIENCE IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

Extracurricular educational work – various educational and educational activities of teachers, educators aimed at training students to meet the interests and needs of children organized outside school time teaching staff of the school. Its goal is to satisfied the interests and needs of children, development of their creative potential, aptitudes and abilities in various fields such as natural sciences and communication. The dominant role in its organization belongs to class leader, which is primarily organized extracurricular educational activities (organized team activities aimed at achieving specific educational goals), and works in collaboration with other pedagogical staff of the school. At the same time the teacher has initiated its class to attract students to work in groups, workshops, etc. Such work is sent to fixing, deepening of knowledge from natural science, application of them in practice, elevating mind of students, forming of scientific world view. No less important is making of abilities and skills of self-education, developing creative flairs, organization of leisure, culture of rest. The feature of extracurricular work consists in the voluntarily participating in her (students elect the profile of knowledge after interests), to the public orientation (the table of contents of educator influence answers the necessities of society, represents the achievement of science, culture, art), initiativeness and independent action of students (taking into account of desires of children, their suggestions).
