Abstract
Introduction. The theoretical justification of "the formation of teachers – professional and citizen in the university education system" concept. Based on the analysis and critical use pedagogical heritage A. Zakharenko disclosed the basic directions of formation of professional image of the modern teacher as a subject-oriented humanistic polysubject interaction in modern educational environment Purpose. The contents disclosed humanistic essence polysubject interaction the teacher's personality in the modern social and cultural space and characterized by psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of inclusion of the subject in this process. Results. The concept of the formation of teachers – professional and citizen, the essence of which is the unity, integrity of formation of moral and psychological characteristics on the basis of binary goal-setting; consciously mastering professional-emotional and moral values; implementation of student-active and task approach, by simulating situations in the learning process, proactive students in an atmosphere of professional choices and creative solutions to professional problems. Originality. Substantiates the leading position of the concept: 1. Theoretical study of goal-setting in the form of role-playing perspective, aimed at preparing a competitive modern teacher in accordance with the needs of society; 2. Structuring of pedagogical knowledge in the form of role-playing situations as an important link strategy to improve the quality of teacher training in the university education system; 3. Building a model of the formation of a citizen and a professional on the basis of the prospects of the role; 4. Determination of the aggregate pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of a role in shaping the prospects for civil and professional image of students in university education; 5. Isolation and characterization of the stages, the strategy of forming a citizen and a professional in the university education system. Conclusion. The ways of realization of this concept, which allows to focus on the education of the younger generation problems, the need for careful use of the experience of creative teachers and practitioners, to define strategic lines of development of education in the modern theory of teaching practice.
