THE REVIEW OF THE CONCEPT OF CULTURE AND ITS DERIVATIVES: PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, COMMUNICATIVE INTERACTION AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

The article deals with content of the concepts "culture" and its derivatives: "professional ethics", "communicative interaction" and "professional communication"; the essence of the concept of "the culture of professional communication of specialists of fire safety" is specified. Also the essence of professional activity of fire safety specialists is defined and the emphasis is given to personal value orientations of fire safety experts as the basis for the process of forming ethical aspects when establishing professional interaction in the team. The aim of the article – to carry out a systematic analysis of the basic concepts of the research topic and to summarize the essence of the term "the culture of professional communication of specialists of fire safety" on the basis of studying scientific sources. On the basis of the analyzed content of the concepts of "culture" and its derivatives "professional ethics", "communicative interaction" and "professional communication" we specify the essence of the concept of "the culture of professional communication of specialists of fire safety." It is determined as a relatively stable pattern of communicative behavior of teachers that successfully influences future specialists of fire safety, allows to organize effectively the process of training and education, to regulate speech activity in the course of study of the humanities as well as solving other educational tasks. Conclusions. Thus, to ensure the successful activities a specialist of fire safety must speak accurately, logically and meaningfully, be able to create a favorable professional atmosphere, to establish communicational links with victims, colleagues, members of other units, be sociable, tolerant and be able to communicate constructively, solve conflicts, and follow the rules of conduct and etiquette. In general, professional activities of fire safety specialists can be determined as an active type of work of people who have substantial knowledge, a sufficient level of worked during practical training and internships skills and appropriate professionally important qualities that guide the behavior of the subjects of this professional area. Personal value orientation of fire safety specialists is the basis of process of formation of ethical aspects in establishing professional collaboration, both in work teams and during the performance of actions for the purpose. This means that the rules of professional ethics can be considered unwritten laws that are in some way entrenched in professional communities, which area of actions is related to the impact on others, in the system of SES of Ukraine in particular.
