PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF NATIONAL-AND-PATRIOTIC UPBRINGING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF MARINE INDUSTRY IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF A COLLEGE

Abstract
Introduction. In modern society, professional school is aimed at giving a priority to the education of patriotism as a component of the future marine specialist's outlook and his attitude to the native country, other nations and peoples, national shrines, increased love for Ukraine, language, sense of responsibility for its independence, the material and spiritual values preservation. Therefore, it is necessary to define the pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of maritime college will increase this efficiency. Purpose. Defining the pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of maritime college will improve the efficiency of national-patriotic education of the cadets. Results. Based on the analysis of the current state of national-patriotic education of the students of maritime college, studying practical teaching experience and basic legislation that regulates the appropriate pedagogical activities, as well as scientific and theoretical analysis of innovations of the experienced native and foreign scientists-teachers, teachers-practitioners and teaching technologies, we have developed pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of maritime college will improve the efficiency of national-patriotic education of the students: the first condition – we associate it with the realization of a systematic approach to the process of national – patriotic education of future specialists of the maritime industry in the college educational environment; the second condition – we associate it with ethnization of the content of national-patriotic education of future specialists of the maritime industry in the college educational environment; the third condition – the development the culture of patriotism as a fundamental component of teacher professionalism and as a necessary factor in the creation of a new system of national-patriotic education of the cadets of maritime college. Originality. System-wide features of national and patriotic education are defined. Conclusion. From the above the following conclusion can be made that the pedagogical conditions emphasized by us are interdependent and complementary components of more efficient organization process. Implementation of those pedagogical conditions in the educational process of the maritime academy will improve the efficiency of national-patriotic education of the students. It can be successful if educational activity of the specialists of the maritime college will be based on these conditions in content, organizational and methodological and technological context.
