Abstract

Introduction. This article is devoted to the study of interpersonal conflicts classics foreign psychology. Analysis of existing concepts shows the ambiguity of views on this phenomenon. Their characteristic feature is that the problem of interpersonal conflicts largely solved in the context of understanding personality, which formed under this or that psychological school. Understanding the nature of interpersonal conflicts among psychologists is different, depending on certain scientific schools formed on the territory: psychoanalysis, behaviorism, Gestalt psychology, cognitive psychology, humanistic psychology. Interpersonal conflicts, dissatisfaction with themselves – an important element of quality «jump» the individual in its development, a necessary attribute of affirmation of life. It also developed the existing rate structure of the individual, rather a high level of ideological value system benchmarks feelings. In theoretical concepts psychologists belonging to a variety of psychological schools still possible to identify some general provisions. Purpose  analysis of existing concepts of understanding the nature of interpersonal conflict. Methods: theoretical analysis, system analysis, questioning, testing, methodological analysis. Results. Scientists believe that intrapersonal conflict arises when there is a global disintegration «I» or violation of any hierarchical structures with axes. Originality. As a result of insufficient elaboration of the problem existing in scientific and methodological literature expert advice on theoretical and methodological basis of research problems: a systematic approach heuristically powerful means of knowledge of psychological processes, states and phenomena; theory of social determinism and creative nature of the individual, social and historical patterns of consciousness and «I -Concept»; understanding the psychological nature of interpersonal conflict as a contradiction. Analysis of existing scientific approaches to studying the phenomenon of interpersonal conflicts has shown that the problem is broad research interest in various fields of scientific knowledge: philosophical, general and specific scientific, indicating its importance. Researchers emphasize the exclusiveness feature the mental state of the individual with interpersonal conflict. However, a number of theoretical and applied aspects of the problem are still not clarified. Сonclusion. The based on the considered views of foreign classics of psychology can conclude that foreign classical literature on the psychology of interpersonal conflicts first issue considered in the light of the concept of personality produced within a particular psychological school. Because personality psychological areas treated differently because understanding the essence of personal inner conflict among psychologists is different, depending on certain scientific schools formed on the territory: psychoanalysis, behaviorism, Gestalt psychology, cognitive psychology, humanistic psychology, psychology ekzistentsialistychnoyi, interaktsionistychnoyi psychology. In theoretical concepts psychologists belonging to a variety of psychological schools still possible to identify some general provisions. They can be effectively used in creating theoretical models of interpersonal conflicts of students. Thus, the concepts of psychoanalysis, humanistic psychology, psycho based interpersonal conflicts and contradictions imposed psychological protection. Most theories suggests that intrapersonal conflict causes negative emotions in personality (anxiety, fear). Further research should be directed at obtaining and developing adequate diagnostic procedures identify intrapersonal conflicts. In this regard it is important to study the phenomenon of stability resulting effect on later stage adaptation of students to the learning environment at the university.
