FUTURE QUALIFIED WORKERS’ COMPETETIVENESS: RESULTS OF THE FORMING EXPERIMENT

At the present stage of the market relations the special relevance is acquired by studying the problem of formation the competitiveness, skill level of workers. Therefore the purpose of the article is the analysis of results of the forming experiment on such problem as "Formation the competitiveness of future skilled workers at professional educational institutions of a services sector". The fulfillment's way of the forming experiment are considered in this article. Components and criteria of formation the competitiveness are defined. Formation levels of the competitiveness are established: low, average, sufficient. Diagnostic by determination of formation levels of the competitiveness the future skilled workers at professional educational institutions of a services sector is carried out. For this purpose the diagnosis was conducted among 196 students. The experimental group included 102 pupils, but in the control group – 94 pupils. The generalized data of formation levels of the competitiveness of future skilled workers at professional educational institutions of a service industries. After diagnostics of current state of formation the experiment on realization of pedagogical conditions according to the developed model has been made. Results of the carried-out skilled and experimental work on formation of competitiveness of future skilled workers at professional educational institutions of a services sector demonstrate considerable changes which have happened in the level of formation of pupils in experimental group and minor changes in the level of formation in control group. Thus, the carried-out statistical analysis of diagnostics results of formation the competitiveness of future skilled workers at professional educational institutions of a services sector on forming stage of a pedagogical experiment has found, the statistical importance of positive changes in increased level of formation the competitiveness in experimental group and has allowed to draw a conclusion about efficiency of the offered technique. The perspective direction of our further researches is providing the corresponding pedagogical conditions at professional educational institution of a services sector, which depends on increasing the level of competitiveness at future skilled workers.
