A CHILD’S RIGHT OF FAMILY EDUCATION

Abstract
Introduction. After reception of an independence of Ukraine in the conditions of socio-economic difficulty, in the conditions of difficult situation on the east of the country, the system of education of young people also found oneself in the crisis state. Education establishments, as well as before provide professional training of young people, but after graduating of educational establishments young people cannot valuably execute their own functions. In particular it touches the creation of family and children education. Purpose. To consider the basic positions of child's right on education, to define its maintenance and value for the future formation of personality, and also to underline the necessity of introduction of disciplines about family education in Ukrainian higher educational establishments. Results. Analysis of scientific literature, in particular Family code of Ukraine, statistical information about the amount of divorces, amount of children-orphans, the amount of children deprived of paternal anxiety, etc., testifies to the urgent necessity of creation of educational programs for the study of bases of family education, confession the necessity of two parents for satisfaction of vital child necessities. The inalienable factor of children moral education is creation in the family by parents the terms of providing of child's dignity (awareness of child's rights as a man, own moral estimation, respect to own moral values), inoculating of child confidence in itself, bringing in to the active position in the life of the society, comprehensive providing of all other interests. Child's growth in spiritually and morally, healthy and full family will give a possibility in adult period of life to answer the different social, cultural, economic, moral, civil necessities of the state. Family is at the same time as an environment for a child, and by the «first» as a teacher, executes the function of recreation of population and function of transmission of spiritual wealth, cultural traditions, and family. Family is a foundation for the development of inclinations, child capabilities, formation of his/her moral qualities. Exactly through the family a child study the norms of human relations, master moral relations. Therefore the proper family education is the basis of child's successes in education, basis of health, general vital tone, and normal relations with surrounding. The question in relation to the increase of requirements not only to children education but also to the teachers need to be solved on state level. Creating the Ukrainian state on democratic principles, society is interested in a strong, morally satisfied family. Therefore there must be created the system of family education, which the state must gradually inculcate in practice. Educational establishments must realize the necessity of introduction of new disciplines with an accent on family education. Conclusion. That is why the utterly important is an update of the system of higher education in Ukraine with the purpose of formation in students not only professionally necessary skills but also skills of creation of strong family and children education. Children are our future.
