SELF-PRESENTATION PHENOMENON IN THE CONTEXT OF A PERSON’S SELF-ACTUALIZATION

Introduction. The importance of the problem of identity in the current situation seen in the scientific literature and innovative search when there is a need for a holistic pedagogical process of subject-subject relationship-centered approach, humanization of education. The problem of personality, its integrity, not just of individual student, but the teacher is often discussed as opposed to impersonal pedagogy, technologizing and automation of methods of education. The role of the phenomenon of self-understanding in the context of self-actualization of personality is no exception. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze basic forms of manifestation of self-presentation and conditions of its development, depending on the needs of different levels, to define the place of personality in a continuous process of personal and group self-presentation, to distinguish criteria indicators and factors of self-presentation formation. Results. Analyzing specific forms of self-expression of the individual, we face the need to establish individual inherent enshrined in originality of its needs a combination of the general and the special. Any future professional performance or personal life microenvironment becomes clear only after determining its place in a continuous process of personal and group and self-expression. Thus, here reveals full correspondence of level of self-actualization to level, scope of subject in accordance with the level of their needs. Originality. Main approaches of researchers to the problem of self-presentation in the context of self-actualization of personality have been presented. Conclusion. Self-presentation of individuals and small groups are considered indivisible, but associated with self-presentation of broader communities of people, as well as the needs of different levels are interconnected. In actions of individuals and groups underlie their personal and group self-presentation, the nature of which can be judged based on satisfying the needs of what of level commonness activity of the subject is focused.
