ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED COMMUNICATIVE TRAINING OF CADETS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF SES OF UKRAINE AT POST-TRAINING CLASSES

Abstract

Introduction. The main purpose of the system of higher education is to provide high quality training of a specialist in accordance with professional tasks caused the needs of society and state. Readiness for professionally oriented communicative activity increases the competitiveness of the university graduate, expanding his/her professional and career opportunities. However, theoretical and methodological principles of formation of these phenomena in the field of civil protection have not been the subject of scientific research. Purpose. The article aims to examine the possibilities of professionally oriented communicative preparation of cadets of higher educational establishments of the state Emergency service of Ukraine on the out of classroom lessons as one of the conditions of formation of cadets' readiness for professionally oriented communicative activity. Results. The author explains the effectiveness of the proven forms of out of classroom activities, such as speeches of teachers on the urgent problems; «round table» conversations; preparation and production of the institute newspaper; making stands and exhibitions; excursions to different types of social, state and public institutions. The researcher emphasizes that the forms of outside the classroom work, their purpose and content must be emotionally accepted by the future officers, take into account their interests, abilities and capabilities, his/her communicative experience. It is underlined that providing emotional factors during the organization of the out of classroom activities contributed to the development of the cadets emotional vulnerability, their ability to regulate emotions, taught them to replace the outward expression of feeling by another one. Conclusions. The researcher proved that the out of class activities give good results in the overall development and development of cadets' communication skills, in the formation of readiness for professionally oriented communicative activities, provide effective social position of future officers, if out of class activities relate to the traditional types, forms of practical activity and its specific content, are based on a particular level of development of cadets' communication interests and attitudes towards communicative activities, are closely connected with training and analytical work; are conducted in the system.
