THE PROBLEM OF READINESS OF FUTURE EMPLOYEES OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS TO ENRICHING PUPILS’ SOCIAL HEALTH

Abstract
Introduction. In the conditions of Ukrainian reality, when the preschool education is recognized as the most important parameter for successful continuity of preschool education of the child and the school of the first stage, social and pedagogical requirements for the formation of the whole person of the senior preschooler are foregrounded . Meanwhile, both scientists and practitioners are of a single judgment about the lack of attention of specialists of socionomy professions (preschool teacher, assistant preschool teacher, social care teacher, psychologist, etc.) and parents for the formation of senior preschoolers as a subject of social action. In this regard, is sharpened the filled of special interests reflecting the scientific understanding of such pedagogical phenomena as social intelligence, social position, social behavior model, etc., which are also based on the social skills. Purpose: we aim to highlight some aspects of methodological service of the process of training future preschool teachers, who because of their exceptional personal and professional intended purpose should be competent to develop social skills, particularly those of senior preschoolers. Methods: theoretical level – analysis, synthesis, generalization, modeling – to clarify the content of basic concepts of research; the empirical level – the self-reflection of the first hand experience, teachers' observations, summarizing the experience of preschool educational institutions and universities in terms of optimization of methodical support of the process of senior preschoolers' social skills formation. Results – clarification of the scientific status of the underlying research concepts; rationale of comparative effectiveness of the principles, methods and forms of students' vocational training improvement to the designated area for future professional activities. Originality is seen in the extension of the established scientific views on the social skills of a preschooler as part of his vital competencies, the parameters of the methodical service of the process of training the competitive preschool teacher. Conclusion: the constructibility of the program "World of Childhood" (developed by A. M. Bogusz), particularly its effectiveness regarding scientific and methodological support of the process of preschoolers' social development has been analyzed, the central guiding role of the principle of studentcentredness in the methodical service of the process of training future preschool teachers to the competent formation of the senior preschoolers' social skills and also the effectiveness of some interactive forms and methods have been grounded. Based on the analysis of scientific sources on issues of improvement of vocational training of future preschool teachers, the aim, principles and selected methods, forms and the conceptual core of methodological service of the formation of students' ability to develop senior preschoolers' social skills are designated in this article.
