THE INFLUENCE OF PARENTS ON A CHOICE OF FUTURE PROFESSION BY THEIR CHILDREN

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of child's change of future profession accounting the influence if different factors. It is under stable, that if you want a child to choose its future profession consciously you must do some preprocessing work. We understand profession as one of social values, as a child chooses it too consciously with due to regards for not only its interests but for wants of society. There is such determination as preprocessing work which fore seen giving professional information, a conduction professional consultation, an accomplishment of different measures (meeting with peoples of different professions, with children's parents of different professions, excursions to enterprises, to education institutes of a town, meetings with teachers of different disciplines, that give an information about peculiarities of study in their education institute and so on). Knowing positive and negative possibility of common people's showing of their qualities inherent to any temperament you must look after ways and conditions of formation, development and improving of necessary, wanting qualities for a teacher to accomplish propaedeutic pedagogical preparation. Micro surrounding of a child has a big meaning for formation of future teacher. Parents' system of values has a big meaning, mother's attitude to a father, a father – to a mother, their attitudes between them, and their attitude toad child in a family. It is important to stimulate a want of future school-leaver for improvement, creating of stable motivation for self-education that has special meaning in modern conditions of quick development of new economical attitudes, revising of ideological positions. Parents' attitude to that profession of teacher becomes important factor. Discrepancy in motives of parents with different professions and parents, who works at school, is observed. Utility motives prevail in this groups (1 rang), social-personal motives (2 rang), social- utility (3 rang), social motives take the last place (4 rang) at the same time.
