PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN REPUBLIC OF POLAND ON EUROPEAN OF EXPERIENCE

Introduction. Of particular importance in the present becomes the study and use of international experience around the world, where social work and social education have a long history and rich traditions, and social services is well developed and created the original system of professional training in social work at different levels. In this connection, highlighting the experience of Poland, both socially and mentally we close socio-cultural space and at the same time a member of the European community, seems quite relevant. Purpose. Is to substantiate the nature, content and form of training of social workers in Poland against the background of European experience. Results. The article was considered the features of professional training of social workers in Republic of Poland in accordance with the European requisitions to qualification of the specialists. The specific of social work was cleared to the variety of helping professions. Poland has a necessity to combine activity in society with activity in an office the feature of professional training of social workers (to state institutions, public organization or separate religious structure (more frequent church). It was proven that on activity of the Pole social worker has two contradictory tendencies. These tendencies are the certain understanding resist each other is institutionalization of social help, from one side, and professionalization of social work – from other side. Grounded the change to content of professional preparation of social workers in Poland due to the fact that Poland is including to European Union.
