Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to the urgency of developing purely theoretical principles for the study of conflict behavior, its resources, personality traits, which accompany the manifestations of conflict and its individual psychological peculiarities. Today, no one has to prove that the issues related to the study of conflicts have the right to exist. Not only professional psychologists and sociologists, but also politicians, leaders, educators, social workers, in the word of all, are of great interest to the problems of the emergence and effective resolution of conflicts, negotiations, support and correction of the behavior of those who show propensity to conflict in the process of communication. those who in their practical activity are connected with problems of interaction of people.є Purpose. The purpose of the article is to find out the individual psychological characteristics of conflict of personality. Methods: theoretical analysis, system analysis, questioning, testing, methodological analysis. Results. Personality conflict is a feature of character and an individual property, which determines the frequency of escalation of the occurrence of personality in conflicts. The problem of personal conflict is actively being developed in modern psychology. It is considered on the basis of an understanding of the personality that has developed within a certain psychological school. In psychology distinguish indicators of personal conflict. In the cognitive sphere, the indicator of personal conflict is the contradiction of «the image of Me»; lower self-esteem; awareness of their state as a psychological stalemate, delay in decision-making; the subjective recognition of the existence of the problem of value choice, the doubts in reality of the motives and principles that the subject had previously guided. In the emotional sphere – psychoemotional stress; significant negative experiences. Among them are the presence of a stable system of values and motives of the individual; adaptability and flexibility; optimistic attitude towards life; ability to manage their desires and emotions; development of volitional qualities; refinement of the hierarchy of roles; adequacy of self-esteem; timely solution to emerging problems; truthfulness in relations, etc. By solving the internal conflict of students is meant restoration of the coherence of the components of the inner world of the individual, establishing the unity of the psyche, reducing the severity of the contradictions of life relationships. The solution of internal conflict is influenced by ideological settings, volitional qualities, temperament, sexual intercourse of the personality.
