THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL WORK FORMATION FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS TO HARMONIZATION OF GENDER RELATIONSHIP IN THE YOUTH ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
Introduction. The necessity of constructing harmonious gender interaction requires specialists from the socionomic sphere, including social educators, and the ability to effectively work towards solving social contradictions caused by gender inequality. That is why effective professional training of such specialists is impossible without a gender component. Purpose: to analyze the results of experimental and experimental work on forming the readiness of future social educators to harmonize gender relations in the youth environment. Methods. The methods of research are modeling, testing, questioning, mathematical analysis of results. Results. According to the results of the experiment, significant changes were made in the formation of the readiness of future social educators to harmonize gender relations in the youth environment in the experimental group according to each of the criteria, namely: motivational-axiological criterion – high level + 19,5 %, sufficient level + 0,4 %, the average level is – 15,3 %, the low level is 4,6 %; information theoretical criterion - high level + 6,4 %, sufficient level + 21,4 %, average level – 1,4 %, low level – 26,4 %; organizational and activity criterion – high level + 5,9 %, sufficient level + 16,8 %, average level + 14 %, low level – 36,7 %. Note that the organizational and activity component is distinguished by the lowest positive dynamics. The analysis of the results of the formation of the levels of readiness of future social educators to harmonize gender relations in the youth environment by certain components gave grounds to assert that the process of implementing organizational and pedagogical conditions, content and sequence of student readiness was effective. The use of diagnostic techniques identical to those used at the qualifying stage allowed to reveal the dynamics of the growth of levels of students' readiness. It was found that in the experimental group the proportion of students with high (10,7 %), sufficient (by 13 %) and average (by 1,5 %) levels of readiness was increased, while there was a decrease in the proportion of students with low level of readiness by 23,2 %. Originality. The revealed results of experimental and experimental work confirmed the decision of the set goal, and also allowed to prove the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions, content, forms and methods of forming the readiness of future social educators in the process of their professional training. At the same time, further theoretical and experimental researches require forms and methods of work that will allow to increase the level of formation of the organizational and activity component of the readiness of future social educators to harmonize the gender relations in the youth environment: volunteer activity and organization of production practice. Conclusion. The article describes the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future social educators for harmonization of gender relations in the youth environment is proved: integration of gender knowledge into the process of professional training; use of innovative interactive pedagogical technologies of gender-based learning; attracting students to active public and project activities in the field of gender education at a higher education institution.
