IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF THE INITIAL SCHOOL

Abstract
Introduction. The national education system faces the need not only to develop and implement a new model of pedagogical process, but also to fundamentally change the social function of education. The ultimate goal of training should be the preparation of a highly educated, professionally oriented personality, able to find its place in the difficult conditions of life realities. The ways of optimization of this process are to increase its productivity due to the wide introduction of innovative methods in the educational sector. Purpose. To reveal the role and generalize the significance of innovative technologies in the educational process of elementary school, to identify and propose the most effective methods and forms of training for junior pupils. Results. Nowadays in pedagogical literature it is very often possible to find the concept of «innovation», «innovation», innovation. According to the teachers, innovation is a means, method, methodology, technology, program, etc., and innovation is a process of mastering innovation. The notion of «pedagogical technologies» or «technologies of the pedagogical process» can be defined as scientifically grounded systems of activity that are used by a person in order to optimize the process. Technology is a scientifically and practically substantiated system of activity that is used by a person for the purpose of transformation of the environment, the development of material or spiritual values. Originality. We have reviewed innovative technologies that, in our view, allow us to improve the educational process in elementary school. In our opinion, it is advisable to use the method of solving educational problems, modeling, discussion, experiments. In the realization of the goals of developing education, the central place is allocated to cognitive activity as a process of systematic learning of knowledge, skills, social experience necessary for the socialization of the individual. Conclusion. Modern innovative technologies allow to raise the students' higher level of education, promote their creative activity, the process of social adaptation, development of responsibility for their own lives, the formation of the ability to make decisions, rapid orientation in the environment, etc. The use of innovative teaching technologies in the work of the teacher allows him to realize himself as a personality, and therefore, to see the personal value of his pupils; develops a habit of actively, creatively, creatively, rationally think and act. The development and application of innovative technologies should be of a systemic nature, which will enhance the teaching and methodological level and ensure a stable connection between all components of the educational process and, as a result, increase its manageability and efficiency. We believe that further promising areas of research are to improve and develop new perspective pedagogical methods of education and education and to determine their impact on the development of junior schoolchildren.
