Abstract

The problem of effective and sustainable development of banks is one of the key business issues. Changes in business environment demand proper reaction in banking sphere and its internal transformations. One of the key mechanisms of such reaction is implementation of innovations. Innovations determine the banking development efficiency. Employees' reaction is different to these changes depending on bank restructuring or innovations. Initial reaction to changes which is necessary to overcome by means of correct management is natural for employees. The activity of private bank "Davr" is considered in our article; it is directed on customers' supply by means of implementation of innovative ideas. Innovations and their embodiment into new bank products and techniques are the basis of bank economic development. Innovative influence on the banking employees' behavior as well as on clients' organizational behavior is analyzed by example of private bank "Davr".
