Abstract
The article describes actuality of the problem of developing creativity in children of preschool age in modern society and the state of such development in scientific sources. It proves the value of play activity as one of the methods of pedagogical influence on child's personality development. At the same time play activity is considered as a specific type of child's activity, one of the favorite types of art, because it is implemented in the child's needs for self expression, communication and knowledge of itself through a variety of image reconstructions. The survey specifies the criteria and indicators of determined levels of children's creativity in play activity. System presents socio-dramatic play in order to increase the understanding of the world of adults, professional, family roles and moral norms of communication that underlie the development of creativity of children of preschool age.
