Abstract
There are theoretical fundamentals of the personnel appraisal system of the company in this scientific article. The research of personnel appraisal system of the Penza's branch CJSC "ER-Telecom Holding" was conducted by means of analysis of documents and the questionnaire survey of sales force. The results of the scientific research and rationale of the current situation are adduced, which refer to present appraisal aims, appraisal object, appraisal criteria, appraisal methods and attitude of sales force to the personnel appraisal system and its elements. Based on this information, specific recommendations are offered to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the Penza's branch CJSC "ER-Telecom Holding".
