Abstract
The article deals with the problem of implementation of innovation in the modern corporation in terms of evolutionary institutional approach. The causes of innovative dysfunction of a corporation have been determined. The process of alienation of creative and constructive labor from employees of corporations has been considered, an option to overcome this alienation via routinization of creativity has been offered. Inefficiency of existing mechanisms of stimulation of innovative activity through coercion and appealing to individual interest was proved.
