Abstract

The methodological approaches to the formation of marketing instruments for crossborder labor markets development and their competitiveness ensuring are outlined in this research. The necessity of cross-border labor market functioning organization based on the marketing principles is proved. A process of marketing on cross-border labor markets and entities that will carry it out are proposed. Attention is accented on the specifics of marketing research conducting and marketing program development on cross-border labor market.
