EDUCATION AS AN ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF RENEWAL OF SKILLED WORK-FORCE IN THE MODERN ECONOMY: THEORETICAL ASPECTS

The article deals with the role, characteristics and properties of Education as a specific sector of the economy that meets society's requirements of educational services and is responsible for preparing of professional personnel for various industries, the formation of person‟s appropriate knowledge and skills that are needed for different types of work. It is taken up the position that the education sector should be considered hand as a complex system on the one side and as economics of education on the other side.
