Abstract
Clustering is considered as the realization of innovative concepts of environment and harmonized competition. The expediency of the establishment and development of educational clusters is substantiated. The methodical approach to methods of supporting their development is proposed. Organizational tasks are defined to be solved by the use of cluster technology in education management.
