Abstract

Abstract This study includes scientific data regarding the performance impacts of the entrepreneurship ability of managers serving in health sector. 65 health managers involved in the study and the data obtained from these managers were subjected to t-tests and multiple regression analysis. According to the findings risk-taking tendency and competitive aggressiveness have a positive effect on financial performance of the hospitals they manage. In addition, all factors are found to have a positive effect on business performance (non-financial)
