Modern methods of railcar flow management on railways in Uzbekistan

Regulation of car traffic volumes solves the problems of even car traffic, ensuring loading of empty cars, car parks movement, rational loading of routes and sorting yards, maximum use of the shortest and economically beneficial ways. In this context, this article describes a method of rational organization arrangement of car traffic to meet modern conditions of railway transport development.
