INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE LEARNING PROCESS: ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION

The paper reviews electronic document managment systems that can be used in educational process of educational institutions of III-IV accredidation levels. Analysis of available scientific researches, that mostly consider probles of system choice, their adaptation to production and administrative processes, compliance to legislative and regulatory framework, resources saving, information security in state institutions and business domain. At the same time, it was determined that problem of electronic document systems installation to education institutions was not focused on sufficiently. Performed research study issues that come up during installation of mentioned information technology in educational institutions with the objective of effective study assurnce and ways of sollution. It was determined that alongside other information technologies that are currently used in educational process, electronic document management systems are also essential and powerful tool.
