Abstract

The main focus in this chapter is diversification of the definitions of the following notions: leadership, supervision, management. The existence of various types of leaders, supervisors, managers has been emphasized. The supervisors' features were assessed based on therules 4E+1P, which prove their value in revealing the leadership characteristics of the management personnel.
