Contract form of public service regulation: legal aspects of application

The article focuses on the current state of contractual regulation of administrative-legal relations of public service. Problems of employing service contracts are identified as an instrument of such regulation. The absence of legislative consolidation of the idea of administrative and legal nature of contracts of this type and related enforcement mechanisms is noted. The ways of improving the forms of public service contractual regulation are proposed.
