FORMATION OF SPEECH CULTURE OF PUPILS AT THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE LESSONS

In this article, the importance and need of the correct speech culture is considered. The speech culture is one of the components of the general culture of the person. As well as other culture components, it engrained, formed and demands constant improvement. The speech culture is a special subdiscipline of linguistics, the main result of speech culture studying is an ability correctly to speak and write; it integrally includes all elements promoting exact, clear and emotional transfer of the thought. The concept of high speech culture conditionally includes two levels. The first level is the correct speech, meeting standards of the modern literary language, and the second is the good skillful speech (according to G.O. Vinokur).
