In the paper basic concepts of Lean M anufacturing were presented. A company specializing in the development of vehicle dyna m- ics, dri ver assistance systems, brake systems, seat belt sand electronics technology was characterized. The company is engaged in des igning and manufacturing world - class products for the automotive market.
