THE POLICY ELITE’S IMPORTANCE IN THE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTEGRATION PROJECT FOR EURASIA

In this article, the issues of influence of policy elite on the Eurasian integration processes and topical issues of the Eurasian integration are considered. The issue of assessment of elite's positioning of the Eurasian project are raised, theses of program performances are provided. The author concludes about conditions of effective achievement of the integration process goals regarding regional cooperation development.
