PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF GENDER PERSONALITY SOCIALIZATION IN THE PERIOD OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDHOOD

Abstract
Introduction. New transformational processes in the world community and in our country, the beginning of the era of equal rights of woman and man existence require a deeper understanding of pedagogical support of gender socialization of growing up generation. The purpose is to provide a scientific-and-theoretical analysis of current researches on the problem of pedagogical support of gender socialization of preschool children. Results. The content, goals, tasks and criteria of pedagogical support of gender socialization of preschool children were revealed. It was found out which forms of work were reasonable to use for solving the problem. It was proved that gender programs, norms, customs and culture of the appropriate society influenced upon gender socialization of preschool children. It was emphasized that pedagogical support of gender socialization of preschool children is a process of personal interaction between adults and a child. Conclusion. Introduction of the system of pedagogical support of gender socialization of preschool children to the pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution provided a pedagogically balanced and harmonious process of gender socialization of preschool children. Positive changes in the levels of gender socialization of children were the indicator of efficiency of proposed pedagogical support, and the increase in the number of children with a high level (that is a harmonious personality) was its result.
