Abstract

Introduction. The urgency of the publication is to develop scientific and methodological foundations of economical mathematical competence as in the context of their management competency of the future bachelor that will ensure their success in a globalized world and competitive environment. The purpose of the article is scientific and methodological bases of the development management competence of the future bachelors in teaching higher and applied mathematics. Methods. Theoretical: study information sources, synthesis, comparison, analysis of program content, systematization of data. Empirical: observation, questioning, experiment, teaching, learning and generalization teaching experience. Results. In research of the problem determined that the most effective way of formation management competence bachelors in management is the use of professionally-oriented techniques in teaching students of Higher and Applied Mathematics. This implementation involves mastering techniques relevant content based on mathematical discipline modification methods, forms and means of education that promote analytical thinking, communicative shape, reflectivity and creative approach to problem solving as close to the future business activities. That's why professionallyoriented teaching methods aimed at developing economic and mathematical competencies; considerable space is given not only typical problems specific topics and sections of discipline «Higher and Applied Mathematics», but the purpose-built task situations. Originality. Future manager must be competent, especially in the field of planning, analysis and decision-making which is necessary to assess the financial and economic potential of available resources, reserves and choose the best ways for the effective functioning of the organization. The latter indicates that the professional activity of the modern manager is inseparable from economic and mathematical support this process. This enables separation of one of the basic management competencies as economics and mathematics that efficiently combines scientific knowledge and applied use of mathematical and economic subjects obtained in the system of university education. However, methodological support of the process of mathematical preparation of students usually contains task situations, which are key issues need to take their own decisions. Conclusions. Analysis of scientific publications and own experience of teaching mathematical disciplines in the University of Economic suggests that the professionally oriented support and its implementation in learning mathematics disciplines will be effective if it is provided: - focus on the individual capabilities of each student using computer-training systems for skills of solving common tasks related topics «Higher and applied mathematics»; - consideration of interdisciplinary ties based on identifications of certain mathematical structures to analyze the dynamics of real production processes; - a close link between theory and practice-based methodology mastery of mathematical and statistical analysis to solve problems close to the future business activities; - monitoring and correction of individual and independent work of students; - the possibility of adjusting the ratio of the amount and sequence of tasks; - research activity relationship of teachers to the organization of systems research students. The use of professionally oriented teaching methods in the context of economic and mathematical competence as a dominant component management competence creates conditions for the development of each individual, has a general stimulating effect on learning activities of students, positive effect on the quality of the knowledge, skills and encourages independent research and creative activity.
