STATE PARTY COOPERATION OF UKRAINIAN SSR AND THE FRENCH REPUBLIC

In the article, based on a generalization of a number of approaches, provisions and conclusions, the causes of the first failures in the state-party cooperation of the Ukrainian SSR and the French Republic are clarified. The state policy of the French Republic concerning the newly created Soviet Union and including the Ukrainian SSR is considered. The characteristic of the meetings of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee (b) of Ukraine, which discussed the issue of cooperation between the two states, is given. It was determined that all issues concerning the establishment of diplomatic relations of Ukraine were solved in Moscow.
