Abstract

Introduction. The current system of training IT specialists at the university aims to highlight past and modern scientific and technical achievements in the field of hardware and software of computers. This causes a constant backlog of IT specialists training on the requirements of modern computer production and technologies. To solve this problem is possible only if fundamentalization education that promote learning experts independently and quickly adapt to situations that change, based on universal general methodological knowledge and skills. Purpose. Determining the philosophical foundations of fundamentalized content development of training future professionals in the field of information technology. Methods. Theoretical analysis of the scientific and technical literature on philosophy, on the preparation of future IT professionals in higher education, on the creation and use of information technology. Results. Determining the philosophical foundations of fundamentalized content development of training future IT professionals must be based on philosophical laws and categories. By the laws of unity and struggle of opposites and negation of negation, improving the content of training future IT professionals is possible only if it fundamentalized. The curriculum of computer science must include fundamental laws, which are based on the principles of construction and operation of hardware and software computer equipment. To create new models of computer hardware IT professionals need to have knowledge of physics, electronics, electrical engineering, chemistry and biology; and to create new software, programmers need to know math, theory of algorithms, information theory and coding theory, programming techniques etc. The use of philosophical categories of «content» and «form» are allowed to allocate such presentation of content as: wood, cluster, space, chains, networks and frames. The use of such philosophical categories as «old» and «new» made possible to promote the principle of two-tier continuous fundamentalization of professional training of future IT professionals. The first level of fundamentalization forms general scientific fundamentalization of philosophical, technical, natural, mathematical and informational laws on which concludes new technical concept of computer science. The second level is the branch fundamentalization: each studied technical concepts of computer science is the foundation for a new computer concept. Application the categories «space» and «time» indicates that both reproductive and productive concepts of computer science, provided fundamentalization of training content should be concludes based on fundamental laws and concepts of philosophical and methodological, mathematical and informational, natural and technical sciences. Originality. First developed the principle of two-tier continuous fundamentalization of professional training of future IT professionals. Conclusion. Applying the laws of dialectics and philosophical categories to develop and study fundamentalized content of computer science allowed: to prove the necessity of fundamentalization content of computer science based on physical, technical, mathematical and informational, philosophical and methodological laws and concepts; to design two-level principle of continuous fundamentalization of professional training of future IT professionals; to substantiate and develop structural and functional models of fundamentalized content of training future IT professionals. Developed principle of two-tier continuous fundamentalization will be the basis for the development of philosophical principles and models of reproductive and productive teaching methods of fundamentalized methodical system of training of future IT professionals.
