DECENTRALIZATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL (VOCATIONAL) AND PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED EDUCATION ОF UKRAINE

The article deals with the issues of decentralization and optimization of management of professional (vocational) and professional advanced education in modern socio-economic conditions. The directions of optimization of management and strategy of decentralization in the field of professional (vocational) and professional advanced education of Ukraine are offered, while preserving the state support of constitutional obligations to provide appropriate education. The conceptual bases of interaction of central and local executive authorities and selfgovernment, division of powers between the center, the region and the institution of professional (vocational) and professional advance education are defined.
