MAIN DEVELOPMENTS OF THE STATE POLICY OF EMPLOYMENT AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

The main ways of improving the state employment policy as an instrument of social and economic development of Ukraine, formation of priority directions of regulation of the labor market and employment of the population, ensuring the quality of labor potential, as well as development of human capital are considered. The general principles of the country's regulatory policy are singled out, the mechanism for improving the labor market and the market for educational services is proposed.
