FEATURES OF THE MODELING OF PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION IN GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION OF THE REGION

Abstract
Introduction. In the course of the research, it can be stated that profile education does not yet sufficiently affect the professional orientation of students of general secondary education. The reason for this situation is the lack of reasonable organizational and pedagogical training conditions in the senior profession-oriented school. It actualizes the development of management models in the professional orientation work, which are a powerful mechanism in achieving new quality of profession-oriented education. Purpose the substantiation of organizational and pedagogical peculiarities of the management model of the professional orientation work in institutions of general secondary education in region. Results The justification of the use of the project-target approach of the system, activity and synergistic approach as a methodology of modeling. A model consisting of structural components is developed and substantiated: purposeful, informative, and organizational and activity, productive, which were determined according to traditionally stable components. The result of the implementation of this model is the positive dynamics of ensuring professional self-determination in educational institutions of the region. Originality The article concerns the theory of communication environment in educational institutions research and its practical use in the process of modeling communication environment in the sphere of education of the region. This determines the importance of designing profession-oriented education as a vocational orientation in institutions of general secondary education. Conclusion. In the course of the study, the necessity, interaction of the institution of general secondary education with pedagogical partners on formation of vocational guidance space on the basis of pedagogical, managerial principles was determined. In the future, our task is to reveal the organizational and pedagogical features of the practical implementation of the projective model organization of on the regional level in the context of modernization of the education system
