PRESCHOOL CHILDREN LEGAL EDUCATION IN MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION PARADIGM

Abstract
Introduction. Legal education of preschool children is a prerequisite for the formation of a person's vital competence. At the present stage of development of preschool education, the law not only covers most spheres of human life, but also expands the boundaries of its action as the social relations become more complicated.
The importance of legal work is not necessary to prove. Legal education of the individual in a holistic pedagogical process must be considered taking into account the age aspect. Childhood is a unique period when the traits of character, the basis of behavior, the attitude towards themselves and the outside world are formed. The basics of legal education are laid in the childhood in the moral relations of the family, the children's team. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of the significance and place of legal education in the paradigm of modern native preschool education. Methods. In order to solve the tasks and achieve the goal, a complex of general scientific methods: theoretical (analysis, comparison, generalization and systematization of psychological and pedagogical literature on legal education, features of the paradigm of modern education and preschool education, in particular, the problem of organizational and pedagogical provision of legal education and the peculiarities of its implementation in pre-school establishments) were used. Results. On the basis of the defining of the modern paradigm of pre-school education, which is characterized by humanist orientation, priority of personality oriented, activity and axiological approaches, having clarified the essence of the phenomenon of «legal upbringing of preschool children», we can distinguish the peculiarities of manifestation of the legal aspect in the modern paradigm of preschool education:1) in the context of the implementation of the personal-oriented approach, the child's right to individuality will be ensured, education will be received in accordance with his or her intellectual capabilities, taking into account the inputs and physiological characteristics, and therefore the child will form a legal culture and behavior towards others at the subconscious level;2) in the context of the activity approach, practical training of the child for the exercise of their rights will be provided, the child will know when, where and how it can exercise their rights, how they can be declared;3) in the context of the implementation of the axiological approach in pre-school children, the concept of human rights as the value of civil society will be shaped. Originality. On the basis of scientific literature, an analysis of the concepts of «preschool children legal education» was distinguished as a prerequisite for the formation of the vital competence of the individual, and at the present stage of development of society, the law not only covers most spheres of human life, but also extends the boundaries of its action as the social relations become more complicated. Conclusion. The results of the submitted analytical research have shown that legal education of preschool children at the present stage of development of preschool education is characterized by complexity in approaches to its definition, actualization of its implementation in the conditions of intensive social transformations and individualization of educational process of preschool institutions. The paradigm of modern preschool education in Ukraine, characterized by personally oriented, active, axiological and pragmatic approaches, determines the legal education of children of preschool age as one of the important aspects of preparing children for real life, for the positive interaction of children with adults and peers, and the coexistence of children in society.
