Abstract

Introduction. The desire for self-realization occupies the leading place in the professional pedagogical activity of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education. Professional-pedagogical self-actualization of the postgraduate teachers facilitates the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. Purpose. The results of experimental work on the study of the problem of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies are presented. Results. The results of the formation stage of experimental and experimental work are considered. The formative stage was aimed at introducing in the educational process of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education organizational and pedagogical conditions of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of ICT. We determined that vocational and pedagogical self-realization of teachers of the system of post-graduate education by means of ICT will be effective under the following organizational and pedagogical conditions: systematic implementation of scientific and methodological support of vocational and pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of ICT; application of benchmarking tools; the introduction of acmeological technologies in the undercurrent period; creation and active use of virtual forms of methodological work as focal points of the information and communication environment; leadership of experimental work of general educational institutions. Originality. The scientific and methodical measures for the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions are presented. This is a series of training seminars, on-line learning, creative discussions and exercises, acmeological training, and others. Author's online educational club «Pedagogical Exclusive» was developed. The purpose of the Club is to help and provide teachers with the process of self-realization at the professional and personal levels, revealing the creative and personal potential of the scientist. Briefly describes the contents of the acmeological practice. The forms and methods concerning application in practice of teachers of benchmarking tools are presented. The importance of the teacher's web portfolio is outlined. The leadership of experimental work of schools as areas of teacher's professional and pedagogical self-realization is singled out. Conclusion. Experimental work on the research problem at the formative stage was aimed at the implementation of pedagogical measures aimed at the effectiveness of the teacher's professional-pedagogical self-realization of the system of postgraduate education by means of ICT. Prospects for further research – holding a general-summary stage of experimental work on the research problem.
