Economic and legal researches of the issues of contentiousness and estimation of economic activity results

The article proves the necessity of creating and supporting the terms for the labour competition of economic collectives and separate workers as the basis for the labour activity development and providing of the objective public estimation of labour achievements. The questions of the legal regulation of competitive relations and estimation of the activity results are considered. The importance of developing the scientific researches of this problematique in the modern management terms is grounded.
